Description

This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta combines the best of two comfort food favorites—bacon cheeseburgers and creamy Alfredo pasta! Packed with crispy bacon, seasoned ground beef, a rich and cheesy sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta, this dish is indulgent, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a cozy meal with family!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for the best flavor)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan.
  • Brown the beef: Add the ground beef to the same skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, then add the diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook until the onion is softened. Remove the beef mixture from the pan and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, milk, and Dijon mustard, whisking continuously. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Combine everything: Return the cooked beef and bacon to the skillet. Add the drained pasta and stir until everything is well coated in the sauce.
  • Serve: Garnish with extra cheese, fresh parsley, and more crispy bacon bits. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.
  • For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for half-and-half and use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • Want extra heat? Add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Pair it with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers? Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk for best results.
